Dear Friends,I am working as an HR Exec trainee in a shipping company.I have been given an assignment to prepare an induction Manual for any new joinee who joines in individually.This will cover his entire details, companies profile, questionnaire, review and appraisal after probation.M a bit confused on the above so i need some guidance from the seniors on site.Hows it prepared usually in other companies??n how to go about it??Plz help me out on the above i would be really very obliged.Regards,Swati HR.
